This tale of magic and mischief has become synonymous with the Open Air Theatre and this new version, using Shakespeare’s original language and text, will be rich in physical humour and visual delight. 

To help the audience become involved in the narrative, the performance begins with an interactive prologue introducing the characters and alerting them to milestones in the story. This production is an ideal first experience of theatre and Shakespeare for children.

The production will last 2 hours including the interactive prologue and an interval.

There will be a signed performance of A Midsummer Night's Dream on Wednesday 30 July at 2.30pm.
